We hold several 30-minute small group training sessions every week. These are dynamic classes that combine cardio and strength exercises, putting your entire body to work. Expect plenty of movement at a high tempo.
Small group training sessions are led by a personal trainer who consistently puts together a new mix of exercises tailored to the group. With a maximum of 12 participants per session, everyone receives the proper attention. It is the ideal addition to your circuit training!
