Our circuit training concept consists of a sophisticated combination of fully automated strength and conditioning machines. The result? Getting fit in a very short time, without muscle soreness or injuries. Start with the first machine, follow the instructions on the screen, and complete the circle.

Personal and simple

Our equipment is entirely computer-controlled. Our coach programs them to your specific needs using a personal chip-band, meaning you’ll never have to adjust settings yourself again. This ensures safe workouts tailored to you—either independently or with a coach who is always ready to help. Meanwhile, our handy app personally tracks your progress.
