We are happy to help you achieve your goals and go as far as necessary. Our coaches join you on your journey and are ready for you whenever you have questions. They turn goals into results. Starting from your specific situation, our coaches begin with a baseline measurement, as well as a body and nutritional analysis, to work purposefully toward a healthy lifestyle. This is how we go further than standard fitness coaching.

As a Mooze Member, there is always an active coach available in our circuit training to guide, motivate, and follow up with you during every workout. Our coaches weigh and measure you monthly. They create a personalized schedule for you and ensure a safe progression with long-term results.
