With Your Reformer, you train your entire body in a controlled and safe manner.
You work on your strength, mobility, stability, and posture all at once, with an extra focus on a strong core. Thanks to the adjustable resistance and fluid movements, every workout is low-impact and gentle on your joints, yet intense and effective.

Are you ready to Reform? The coaches will help you get started, after which you can complete subsequent sessions independently via the built-in kiosk, with clear guidance from an on-screen coach. This means you aren’t tied to group class schedules; you can train whenever and as often as you like.

With Your Reformer, you train your entire body in one fluid workout. By combining controlled movements and adjustable resistance, you work on both strength and muscular endurance simultaneously. You activate multiple muscle groups at once, making every exercise extra efficient. It’s the ideal way to build a toned, strong foundation without using heavy weights.
